Mendel90 nozzle fan duct (90/360 open, for hexagon hotend)

thingiverse

This user designed a low-profile hotend nozzle fan duct that features a 90-degree cutout at the front to accommodate wire management. The duct's air outlets are separate and directed downward and sideways for improved performance. It can be mounted on a standard Mendel90 fan bracket using an adapter bracket, and a white LED strip has also been added for a nice touch during operation. Credit goes to nophead and Chris Petersen for their contributions. The design requires a printer capable of bridging, prints quickly due to its hollow structure, and the bracket should be printed upside down. Adjustments can be made using slot holes on the bracket, and the scad file is parametric for customization. An updated version for hotend insulator fan duct is available as well.
