The carriage, designed for a custom Mendel90, features compatibility with LM8UU bearings, GT2 and T5 timing belts. It can accommodate a multi-material bowden extruder or a smaller direct drive on the smaller carriage. However, the flexors connecting to the third bearing mount are currently shorter than ideal; this issue will be addressed after learning openSCAD. The 40mm fan duct design is in progress and will soon be shared publicly. A recent update reveals that a trapped nut pocket for belt tensioner placement was incorrectly positioned; users can fix this with a soldering iron until an amended file becomes available. An updated version includes the correct nut positioning, a third mounting bolt socket, and a variant for T5 timing belts.
