The large 39-tooth herringbone gear from Wade's extruder has been modified, based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19227. This version features a deeper hex and a smaller hobbed bolt diameter of 13mm. The hole size is now 8.0mm with a thickness of 5.8mm to ensure proper spacing on the Mendel90. Compare the original gear (left) with the new Mendel90 version (right), disregarding the middle one. The print uses PLA at 210°C with the fan activated.
