The Mendel90 design is impressive; however, the 8mm threaded rod for the Z-axis can sometimes wobble. Additionally, the X-axis is solely supported by motors which may result in minor Z position alterations. By installing a set that allows the 8mm rod to hang on ball bearings, you can prevent wobbling and enhance X-axis stability in the Z direction. Note that this modification is designed for 10mm rods. For implementation, print the necessary components, attach them to the Z bar clamp using cyanoacrylate glue, and secure the rods on these additions. Find more information at printerzero.blogspot.com.
