Complete conversion kit for E3D Titan Extruder on Mendel90: Accommodates 20mmx15mm Radial Fan for Optimal Cooling Printed initial version in Alloy910, but was unimpressed with its high elasticity. Subsequent print in PLA proved more satisfactory, but it wasn't until I switched to carbon fiber PLA that I achieved the desired results. Update: Extended cooling duct by 1mm to ensure clear passage of hotend block and enlarged extruder mounting bracket for effortless wiring with pin headers. Update 2: Added genuine photos of extruder in real-world use Update 3: Created mounting point on fan duct for secure fan installation Update 4: Made minor adjustments to dimensions, replaced curved edges with smoother fillets for easier printing Update 5: Provided Solidworks sources for further customization This latest Titan carriage design has undergone extensive testing over several months and has proven remarkably effective. Please note that I've wrapped my extruder in kapton with strategically placed air pockets to prevent damage from deflected cooling air, which can cause temporary temperature fluctuations. To replicate these results, please ensure your setup includes similar airflow management. Step files are available upon request for further customization and integration.
