Mendel90 - Dual Radial Fan Duct
thingiverse
I'm still working on it. I mistakenly purchased incorrect fans. They only run well at 12V, but I need a PWM fan that can regulate its speed between 0-12V to achieve the best airflow with my Mendel90. If you know of any good blower fans, please share them in the comments. Here's a picture of the fan I'm using: http://bit.ly/1YWLV7y At full speed (100%, or 12V), both fans produce an immense amount of air circulation. However, they also generate a tremendous amount of noise. So, if you don't mind, go ahead and print it. I will investigate alternative radial blower fans that could potentially improve cooling performance with my Mendel90. Printing settings: Printer: Mendel90 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.18mm and 0.3mm Infill: 22% Notes: Single perimeter Check the screenshot for support information. I've set the fan duct's resolution to 0.3mm.
