You will need a 40mm Fanduct for Mendel90. Instructions Follow these settings when printing: Set the print without support. Use an extrusion width of 0.5mm. Specify a layer height of 0.2mm. Require three perimeters in each print. Use twenty percent infill. Include the following parts: One M3x15 Screw. Two M3 screws, their lengths varying with the depth of your 40mm fan. Three M3 nuts. Install the fan as follows: Remove the old fanduct. Install the new one in place of the old. Take pleasure knowing that your x-carriage now has less weight due to the reduced fanduct.
