This second rendition of an OpenSCAD adaptation by Vik incorporates a motor mount, eliminating the requirement for the z-tensioner component. Simplification via triangular section removal enhances print speed and addresses RepSnapper slicing issues. Check out my Mendel build log at reprapbreeding.blogspot.com/. Note that this design reduces two bottom threaded rods, necessitating a shorter 34"-35" belt (I use 35", with the motor halfway up the slot).
