Mendel X-axis drive pulley with a round hole and 3 screws to hold it
thingiverse
To install a Mendel X-axis motor, drill screwholes at 2.9mm and shaft hole at 4.9mm. Secure the pulley onto the shaft using three M3 screws, possibly while attaching it to the RepRap Mendel frame. The thick part should face downwards. Your issue might be with the power supply instead of a loose pulley.
