mendel spring design for soft PLA springs

This is a revised design for Mendel springs, printed using soft PLA material. I experimented with printing Mendel springs in soft PLA because the standard versions made from ABS consistently break when subjected to excessive pressure and lose their springiness. However, I found that soft PLA is inherently springy, resulting in a spring that's not stiff enough. In response, I created a design for a soft PLA spring that offers both sufficient hardness and suppleness, thereby preventing it from breaking under intense pressure. My initial attempt at this design resulted in springs with similar springiness to the standard ones, which were unsatisfactory when printed in soft PLA. But I was thrilled to discover that mirrored versions of my new design performed exceptionally well.
