Bowden Mount for Greg's Wade Extruder Create a Bowden mount to complement your Prusa Mendel i2 with a Filament guide on top of it. The parts you need are: 1/4" x 6mm pneumatic mounts - Two of these. PTFE tube 4mm in, 6mm out - Get one of this kind. Cable ties - You'll be needing four of these. Greg's Wade Extruder - You're going to need one of those. Print settings for the mount: Prusa i3 is your printer choice. You're going without raft or support. 200 Microns is your desired resolution, so stick to it. Your infill must be honeycomb and at least 40% solid. For this job, use ABS as material and leave a 5mm brim for smooth prints. No support needed here.
