Revise the Y motor mount and belt tension using a professional belt pulley (Rolle.scad). Despite printing the pulley, I utilize industrial aluminum pulleys with ball bearings instead. For a snug belt fit on your Mendel Max, opt for 'Umlenkrolle Aussen Adjustable.scad'. If an open belt is used, print an extra 'Umlenkrolle Aussen.scad' for tension adjustment.
