Create brackets for a filament reel on your Mendel Max printer, using 8mm or 5/16" threaded rod for adjustability. Additionally, fabricate spool centers and possibly spacers according to the size of your reels. For instance, use these specific centers: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30366. Print the parts in PLA with 2 perimeters, two tops and bottoms, and 40% fill. You will need two threaded rods to match your reel size, along with an axle rod, two nylock nuts for the ends of the axle, and four M8 nuts and eight 8mm washers for the uprights. Securely fasten the parts using the pictures provided as a guide, ensuring enough tightness to prevent movement without causing damage. Finally, attach the brackets to your printer's top frame cross bars with 5mm machine screws and T-nuts, following the same method used in construction.
