I am merging two hot-ends into one comprehensive package. The mounting holes are all standardized at M3, with fans for the duct measuring 40mm in diameter and those for the hot-end clocking in at a smaller 30mm. For now, I won't be able to produce a functional model for about two months, so consider this design still under development. If you happen to print out my design, please share your experiences with it by posting your results. Edit1: I've made some key adjustments, including positioning the fan ducts closer to the nozzle tips, as well as fine-tuning some of the hole dimensions for better accuracy. Edit2: Upon further review, I noticed that the fan duct holes needed a slight tweak to get them right. To take it to the next level, I've added cut-outs in the X carriage for a smoother passage of Chimera cooling fins. For your convenience, I'm sharing the latest V2 files and providing source code. I have also taken the liberty of removing older files from the collection. As you begin to bring this project to life, please keep in mind that supports may be necessary to ensure successful printing.
