I've designed and installed this mount for my Mendel Max 1.5 printer, and I'm really satisfied with it. Enjoy! The display is secured by 4 M3 and 2 M4 screws. A word of caution: while browsing eBay, I've noticed some 128x64 display boards for RAMPS with the same size but different button layouts. You can use Autodesk 123D design tool to adjust the position of the button cutouts if needed.
