Create a 20mm PTFE disk with a 3mm center hole for smooth filament flow, ensuring it's at least 2mm thick. Secure this disk into the designated slot on your RepRap Mendel, possibly using glue if necessary. Attach to the top bars, having one bar protrude more - this one goes through the hole while the other fits in the slot. Follow the photo guidance for proper filament feeding.
