Mendel Dual groove mount holder and bowden tube

To accommodate dual extruders, I opted for Jonaskuehlings reinforced x-carriage on my MendelMax without altering the stock design. The parts are compatible with standard extruder mounting holes and can fit groove mount extruders like J-heads as long as they aren't too wide. M4 rivet nuts were used for the bowden tube holder.
