Mendal Dual Printhead Carriage

If anyone wants the raw files, just let me know or I can add one that fits your printer perfectly. This is a printhead designed specifically for metal case printers. It's an off-brand solution, but some parts bear resemblance to the Medal Prusa setup. The printer has two horizontal 8mm rods placed 60mm apart from their outer edges and 52mm apart on center. Made for E3D hot ends, one side of this design is intentionally offset to better accommodate two E3D printheads on the platform. There are also mount holes provided for a 40mm fan located at the bottom of the print. This configuration effectively directs airflow through the channel beneath the head mount. In addition, I have included a center GT2 mount clamp in the package. Printhead V5 underwent several enhancements since its previous version, V4. The LM8U bearings were initially paired with small alignment pieces, but after installation, they proved unnecessary and actually disrupted print quality by causing messiness. Moreover, tightening the printhead mounts improved stability but ultimately resulted in some print quality issues. For optimal results using Printhead_V5, I recommend employing a 0.50 nozzle with a fill ratio of 40%. The prints should comprise three solid layers. For a precise start, make sure to add an extra perimeter circle around your print and, at least according to my Slic3r experience, it skips straight to the screw holes on the bottom once the perimeter is completed; ensuring these areas are spotless.
