Only a few combinations are available in STL, but the full power of this design is hidden within the OpenSCAD file that can be easily customized. Simply read the comments in the file carefully and stay within the area marked as the start and end of configuration parameters. Generation of containers via OpenSCAD requires the threads.scad library by Dan Kirshner (http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/). Note that for writing text on the cover, OpenSCAD 2014.QX is required, along with the text module enabled in settings. The OpenSCAD program can handle multiple card formats, such as CompactFlash I&II, SD, minSD, microSD, and various memory Stick sizes. A single variable controls the size (CardType). Other important parameters include the desired number of card slots, text to be placed on the cover, etc. Note that required slots are arranged in a single line with the program calculating the necessary tube diameter. At some point, the diameter becomes large enough for additional slots along the other axis. By default, the program creates these slots, but this can be disabled. For instance, requesting 8 SD card slots will actually create a container for 10 SD cards (see provided STL file). The first slot can be configured to have an identification notch (Marker), making it easy to identify all slots. One possible use case is placing free cards in the first slots and full cards at the other end, with at least one empty slot between both groups.
