Memoclip "Clothespin" cnc/laser
thingiverse
A giant clothespin is an amusing sight to behold at times. Building a double-sized replica is straightforward and within reach. I opted for 2 mm aluminum wire to craft the spring, which led to a somewhat unstable structure. To reinforce the clip, I incorporated some neodymium magnets. The build process took place on a desktop CNC machine from Stepcraft using 6.5 mm Baltic birch plywood and a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute bit. Keep in mind that the provided "build STL" file is intended for three-dimensional viewing only. For more innovative designs, visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/.
