Memo note block 3D Model. Production-ready model, complete with PBR materials and textures, plus a non-overlapping UV layout map included in the package. Geometries consist only of quads, no triangles or n-gons, and no poles are present. Formats available include FBX and OBJ; scenes are also provided in BLEND format for Blender 3D users, featuring Cycles and Eevee materials. Additionally, PNG images with alpha channels are included. The model comprises one object (a mesh) and one PBR material, which is UV unwrapped and includes non-overlapping UV layout maps. UV layout maps and image textures have a resolution of 2048 x 2048 pixels, while PBR textures were created using Substance Painter. The polygonal model consists solely of quads, with no triangles or n-gons present, and features 2872 vertices and 2868 quad faces (5736 triangles). Real-world dimensions are accurately represented in the scene; Blender 3D users will find that the scene scale is set to metric units with a precision of 0.01. The model has been uniformly scaled in Blender 3D.
