I collaborated with John Zheng on this project, designing a bridge featuring diverse members in varying sizes and infill patterns. The two distinct files showcase the different types of 25% or 50% infill options available. Our completed bridge tipped the scales at a total weight of 20.5 grams, boasting an impressive weight-to-load ratio of over 1000 (1209). Care must be exercised when assembling it, as the members have a snug friction fit that can make removal from shafts a delicate process. Unfortunately, one of our members cracked due to this tight fit, and in hindsight, it would have been preferable if it had not suffered damage.
