This is a RAMPS 1.4 to Melzi adapter, designed for easy printing in two parts. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No rafts are used Supports: No supports are printed Resolution: The resolution is set at 0.25mm Infill: Infill density is 25% Notes: Feel free to adjust print settings as desired. Post-Printing Preparation: Mount the adapter onto the mounting posts by widening the holes slightly if necessary, as the posts are 5.5mm wide and the powder coating adds up to 5.6mm. Assembly Steps: Step 1: Secure the PCB using three M3 screws due to the arduino's layout, tightening them firmly (refer to picture). To prevent turning, use three M3x10 countersunk head screws at the back of the adapter, which are as high as the PCB. Step 2: Screw the arduino onto the adapter using normal M3x10 screws and a plastic washer for added stability. Step 3: Mount the part onto the mounting posts and secure them with original screws.
