Melted Coffee XYZ Calibration Cube

I inadvertently spilled a calibration cube into my piping hot coffee, resulting in a catastrophic meltdown. The once-intact crystal instantly shattered upon contact with the scalding liquid, sending shards flying in all directions. The dark brown brew now contains an eerie, glowing cube-shaped anomaly, emitting a faint hum as it slowly dissolves, releasing its contents into the coffee. The air is thick with the acrid smell of burning plastic and charred metal.
