Mellow NF-Crazy hotend 4010 axial + 2 blower fan mount(should work with Mosquito hotend too)

Design to fit 4010 axial fans for efficient hotend cooling and two 4010 blower fans for optimal part cooling. All three fan designs are crafted to slide smoothly into place without any screws or bolts required. The mount fits perfectly in the Kossel Mini effector with V6 groove mount, ensuring a seamless integration. Other printers should also accommodate this design without any issues. Fan mounts utilize two M2.5x16 Hex Socket Head Screws or longer for secure installation. The included M2.5x16 screws are part of the Mellow NF-Crazy hotend kit, while the genuine Mosquito may have different specifications. As a user of the Mellow NF-Crazy hotend (a Mosquito clone), I've adapted this design to fit the specific dimensions. However, based on my CAD assembly simulations, the original Mosquito hotend should also fit with adequate clearance for wiring. The lowest part of the fan mount is positioned 5mm above the nozzle tip, ensuring optimal airflow and minimizing interference. When assembling the fan mount, start by sliding in the two part cooling fans from the top, then attach it to the hotend. Finally, insert the 4010 axial fan from the side for a secure fit. This design can be printed upright without any support required. The STEP file is available for anyone who wants to remix and adapt this design to their needs. Optional: For added protection, I've applied aluminium tape to deflect heat from the hotend towards the fans and plastic parts. Additionally, Kapton tape has been applied on top of the aluminium tape to prevent short circuits due to loose wiring. While not necessary, these precautions provide peace of mind for users.
