I've always struggled with small prints getting an elephant's footprint due to over-extrusion. On larger parts, the issue becomes even more pronounced - the filament tends to ooze out of the extruder on one side because it softens excessively. To resolve this problem, I reworked the original fan mount design to incorporate two separate fans instead of a single unit.
