Meleager stands proudly in his marble form at the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen, Denmark. This ancient relic dates back to 1st century A.D. and was crafted with precision using Memento Beta from AutoDesk. In Greek mythology, Meleager was a legendary hero who garnered immense reverence within his sacred precincts at Calydon in Aetolia. He was the offspring of Althaea and Oeneus, a skilled vintner, and some accounts even credit him as the father of Parthenopeus and Polydora. As he stands steadfast with his loyal canine companion by his side, Meleager proudly grasps his trusty spear - the very instrument that slew the Calydonian boar in accordance with mythological lore. The numerous surviving replicas attest to the fact that this statue is a reproduction of an iconic Greek work from approximately 340 B.C.
