The original file had a problem with the normals on the outer channel, which caused Cura to fill in the cutouts. Some people had success changing the "Union Overlapping Volumes" setting in Cura, but this wasn't reliable. The main issue was the normals in the STL on just that outer channel, so this new file fixes that problem by recalculating and saving the normals in Blender.
