Hey everyone! Check out my Lego take on Zero, this adorable Megaman character I've loved since childhood. As always, I created it using Autocad 3d. If you have a perfectly calibrated printer with an extremely small nozzle, you can try printing it at standard Lego size without sacrificing detail. Otherwise, scale it up! In my case, I printed it giant - 200% its normal size - and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result. Print Settings: Printer: Malyan m200 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.0875 Infill: 20%. Please note that some pieces like the helmet, arms, and belt will need supports, while others can print perfectly without them. To ensure a smooth fit of all the pieces, use at least two walls and a thin layer thickness - the lower the better. If you're experiencing issues with piece fitting due to your printer's calibration, try using negative horizontal expansion in your slicer. I didn't need this option, but a little sanding on both connectors from the belt to the chest was enough. However, if you're having more difficulty, use that expansion feature. Enjoy printing and sharing!
