Megaman Helmet
thingiverse
This helmet is from Megaman, an old NES game. Initially small at only a couple inches in size, it was enlarged by 4.8 times using Tinkercad (despite accidentally deleting the original files). The scaled-up version works as a cosplay accessory. If you enjoy this, you might also like my geeky podcast. New episodes are released weekly at http://www.fandompodcast.com. A typo previously mentioned Thingiverse instead of Tinkercad. I printed the helmet at .3 resolution with 2 perimeters and 0.08 infill. I provided two STL files - one includes a pad beneath to prevent warping, while the other features a single support to avoid turning supports on for the entire print. This is particularly useful when printing just the helmet part. If anyone slices it into pieces, sharing the modified file as a derivative would be appreciated so others can enjoy it too.
