A model I made for my daughter's Halloween costume.  Printed at .15 layer height.  You need two of each small chevron and one large chevron.  I suspect the two small chevron's are pretty much identical once printed, but I'd print two of each just to be sure.  The top has a split in it to allow one length of braided cord of some variety (in my daughter's case, pink braided yarn) to be wrapped around it so the whip has two heads.
