megaDRUM Enclosure

This is an enclosure for the 56-input full-kit version of the megadrum (megadrum.info). The LED Cover should be printed in red TPU. It diffuses the light a bit so it isn't so harsh and hold the LED snug in the enclosure. Bill of materials is included in the instructions PDF. This is designed to be made on a Prusa mini, but it is exactly 180x180mm which is the maximum build size for that printer. Worked fine on my mini. Note to anyone who builds this: its kind of a pain. I had to really squeeze everything in in order to get it all to fit in an enclosure that I could print on my mini. Expect to set aside a full day or two and a full case of your favorite beer for all the soldering that will be required. If you are new to soldering, definitely do some practice soldering before you start this and make sure you have a well ventilated or outdoor space to work.

I printed the front and back parts of the enclosure in PETG at 100% infill, no supports, no skirt. Print each side face down on a textured sheet for best aesthetics IMO. The mounting post I printed in PETG at 60% gyroid infill. All of this was done with the 0.2mm speed settings with the aforementioned modifications. I printed the LED cover in red TPU with the 0.05mm ultradetail setting at 100% infill, and only one layer of skirt.
