Mega Zero Fan Duct
thingiverse
Firstly credits to the following: Calvin_MegaZero https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4588585 TheCustomCave https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4620462 A remix of CustomCave's design. Thankful for the STEP file, would have been much more difficult without it. Changes: 1. Extended the right outlet towards the hotend by 3mm. 2. Added air divider at the inlet from the fan. 3. Extended the left outlet air divider into the duct and fillet for roof support. 4. Extended internal roof corner fillets for printing support. 5. Added left support arm. 2 versions 1. V1_0 intended to heat block fitted with a silicone sock. 2. V1_1 with narrower gap between left and right outlets to fit heat blocks with a silicone sock. This version is also for trimming with a cutter to fit heater block gap if silicone version doesn't fit. Airflow water test photo at 6mm and 3mm nozzle heights. Note the slight left of the nozzle position, the is from the version before adjustment of the left nozzle by 1mm. Before and after showing improvements on small part 1.5mm x 7mm x 15mm with hole at top. Print was terminated before it got really ugly. Would have posted as a remix to TheCustomCave's original but wasn't able to get the link.
