Mega Keyer complete enclosure
prusaprinters

A remix of W6IPA's Mega Keyer enclosure design so that there is now a printed bottom, top and sides. I also added the "engraving" for the port names.

There is a video on YouTube of the keyer in action https://youtu.be/KYbplGL4TiI

Encoder knob from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3904056

Print instructions

Category: Electronics Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: I3 MK3S

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: .15mm

Infill: 20%

Filament: Prusa PLA Yellow/Grey
Notes:

Nothing particularly critical in the above settings, although set it up so that the engraved sides are face down on the plate.

I used the Prusa textured steel plate to give it a nice finish which meant that adhesion wasn't so great and edges had a tendency to curl. To fix this, I used a 5mm brim around the builds.

Note that the yellow photo was of an earlier version - I just like the colour better than the grey one!
