Mega Exhauster (12 PC-Fans Array)
thingiverse
This exhauster (48x36cm plus feet and handle) is an array of 4x3 12cm PC fans (Arctic F12), that are connected togheter using several 3D printed parts (described below). I use this exhauster for spraypainting jobs to suck off the paint dust. It works great. You can make your own array and decide by your own, how many fans you want to connect together. If you want a stable exhauster, the array should be 3 fans wide (for the two feet) and 2 rows high. Before you start, please read the instructions below and take note of the following: 1. Measure the fans power consumption and calculate the current needed before connecing to power. 2. Use fan grills (purchased or self 3D-printed): DO NOT TOUCH the blades while running! 3. The parts are desigend for Arctic F12 PC fans (3-pin). If you want a single PC fan exhauster, please watch out for my other thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4195133
