This is an oversized bag clip/chip clip designed with chip clipping performance in mind. The component includes a robust chip clipping system, featuring five inches of reliable clamping power, suitable for use on the majority of full-sized snack bags. Use this part responsibly. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: High resolution is essential; lower settings may compromise the functionality of the hinges. Infill: A minimum of 20% infill is necessary to ensure optimal performance. Notes: The part's hinges will function as intended without rafts or supports, assuming proper machine calibration. This design incorporates a 0.5 mm gap between moving parts. Scaling this component will alter clearance and result in a rigid part incapable of articulation. Post-Printing Strip and snap Carefully remove the part from the build surface, then squeeze it together gently. Upon successful construction, you should hear a distinct popping sound as the hinge comes to life, enabling smooth movement. If this does not occur, revisit your machine's calibration settings.
