This entry is submitted for Allegorithmics MeetMat2017 3D painting contest. The model was supplied, and we were tasked with texturing it in Substance Painter. All texturing and painting work was completed entirely within Substance Painter, with rendering handled by Iray within the application. The initial inspiration struck after watching Ghostbusters 2, prompting me to attempt creating a gooey alien texture. However, I soon strayed from this path as I became engrossed in experimenting with various tools and materials, resulting in the final product you see before you today.
