<p>I really think the cord design of the Meeting Owl is tech support waiting to happen with a micro USB port that is unsupported. While the barrel plug for power is also, most users can successfully plug the cord in without issues. Micro USB proves to be an issue for most users.</p><p>I designed this to fit the cords we received with our Meeting Owl, hopefully it is consistent with most. The fit doesn't seem to put any undue pressure on cords/jacks but is hard to get off. If you need to remove it, it is best to reach in with tweezers or thin pliers and just rock it loose to get it out.</p>
