Meec robot lawn mover wheel stopper
thingiverse
My super-cheap robo lawn mower has a nasty habit of shedding its front wheels every now and then. The original fasteners have been rusted to oblivion for years, leaving me with a constant struggle to keep it upright. After trying out some quick fixes that inevitably failed within months, I decided to tackle the problem head-on once and for all. The inner wheel stopper has remained securely attached to the mower, so I took matters into my own hands and created my own version of the outer one. It's a snug fit onto the metal shaft, but be warned: you might need to apply some elbow grease to get it in place. Make sure the shaft is spotless before attempting this step. Once everything is securely attached, simply wrap a tie strap around the part and seal it with some glue. Voila! Your robo lawn mower should now stay upright for good. And if you own one of those fancy G-force SR1800 or Clipper 1200 models, don't worry: this fix should work just as well for you too!
