Medwakh Filter - 8mm, Reusable, Tapered
thingiverse
Don't know how to do a taper and couldn't figure it out, so after getting the joint right, just used ezeikiel2517's cigarette holder as a guide for that. I tried printing at .2 and the hole was clogged, so don't go with .1 or less - or use a dremel/drill instead. I only printed in PLA - would love to try it on something flexible, but can't right now. Let me know if you try it out, how it goes. Airflow is good and all you need to do is cut a tiny square of cotton and jam it in there. The shaft narrows with a lip after 7mm to hold the cotton/medwakh securely. Seriously, how did this design not already exist? Medwakh filters are expensive, and I end up using mine way too long because of that cost. This is just a few cents for a permanent fix - you can get those cotton squares for making vaping wicks for just a few bucks, and I have such a huge supply now that I don't even bother to guess how long it would last. But the best part? No tampering with the flavour, no screwing up the draw, and still keeping the dokha out of your mouth - this is decidedly better than disposable filters. Let me know if you design one yourself!
