These are my attempts of the medusa from the Dr. Stone story. It consists of a trefoil knot with a spin like the möbius strip, which makes it "one-sided". Made with Fusion 360 and the Equation Driven Curve add-in using the following formulas: <p>x=</p> <p>sin(t)+2 * sin(2 * t)</p> <p>y=</p> <p>cos(t)-2 * cos(2 * t)</p> <p>z=</p> <p>sin(3 * t)</p> It's not perfectly closed, but that's as best as I figured out how to model it. Version 1b is wider and flater, which some may like better. Feel free to modify to your likings!</p>
