Medusa - 180mm Peristaltic Pump

Medusa - 180mm Peristaltic Pump

thingiverse

This is a pump for a barbot I'm building, and it needs some modifications to the swingarm, so here's the basics. 2/16/17 - Made the edits and combined the motor plate with the main body of the pump. Results will be posted when the 12-hour print is complete! As of 2/9/17, I need to make the pump body 6mm wider to fit the overlap of the hose entrance and exit. It gets its name because the hoses will rise out of the top; gather enough of these together, and it's Medusa! I have a 100mm version of this design and plan to make a 140mm version. Quick dimensions: it has a 200mm outer diameter and an 180mm inner diameter. It's designed for 7/16" silicone hose and will fit a nema 17 motor, as well as its shaft. Pressure Wheels will use an 8mm inner diameter skateboard wheel bearing because they're cheap enough. I'll post the updated files around Monday! This project is based on Leland's peristaltic pump (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1630 and https://github.com/LelandSindt/).
