Having recently started using an insulin pump to manage my Type II Diabetes, I've found it a real challenge to keep the device connected while showering. The thought of removing it temporarily wasn't very appealing, so I set out to find a solution. Fortunately, the pump is waterproof, which wasn't the problem - it was more about keeping it out of my way. Trying to hold it with one hand while working the bar of soap and washcloth with the other was quite a struggle. That's when I came up with this innovative holder. Simply attach a lanyard through the two holes at the top, then loop it around your neck so that the box hangs near your chest. Slide your pump into the box and you'll be able to shower hands-free, keeping both hands available for washing!
