This is a case for Medtronic insulin pumps, including Veo models, as well as the 512, 712 and other variations. It's engineered to fit snugly, requiring only a small metal component that can be sourced at a local hardware store. The metal clip can be up to 2mm thick and still fits perfectly, although I'm using one that's just 1mm thick and it works flawlessly.
