This is the definitive version of my scene for the medieval fantasy competition. Set in the ravaged aftermath of a ferocious battle, the atmosphere revolves around a Japanese temple/shrine that lies in ruins, its once-vibrant spirits still lingering in the vicinity - the cunning foxes who once called this sacred place home continue to roam freely amidst the devastation.
