The late medieval and gunpowder era infantry man's helmet, commonly worn by arquebusiers and pikemen in pike and shot formations, was made of steel with a leather buckle for secure fit. Due to metal's discomfort on skin, an interior leather cap was attached. The level of detail and numerous rivets signify its authenticity from that era. This historically accurate model features: 6314 tris, 37128 quads, and 42780 vertices; composed of 63 individual objects representing the rim, cap, and various rivets.
