Designed for exterior viewing purposes only (interior modeling can be requested), the Blender native format dimensions are approximately 5.5m x 6.3m x 10m. The origin is at both the world center and the bottom building center. Beauty renders use Blender's internal lighting setup, while other previews display within the app (Blender). A sample screenshot from Unreal Engine showcases the model with a UE Mannequin for scale reference but not included. Textures provided in 2048x2048 JPG format include weathered wood with one light variation, dirty planks with four variations, two doors, tiled arches, wooden shingles, and horizontally tiled stones. Diffuse and Normal maps are utilized within the Blender native file, while Specularity, Height, Smoothness, and AO maps are included for convenience in a texture pack but not used. Note that textures may need reassigning if exported from the .blend format.
