Medieval Fantasy Characters Base models

Hello! These high-poly models have been crafted for those just starting out or learning 3D modeling to create their very own miniatures. It's a basic tool to help you get started, allowing you to experiment with poses, facial expressions, and other simple features as you continue learning from online tutorials. They've been designed with heroic proportions in mind: thick hands and feet, a larger head, and medium muscle mass (making it easy to add or remove volume for a more defined character). The male human model stands at 6 heads tall. Its head measures 5mm in height, while the entire figure is 30mm tall, with the eyes positioned at 28mm. For reference, each square of the grid represents 1x1mm. I provide a 30x30mm grid and three images explaining the basics of importing and exporting files in zBrush – similar processes apply to other modeling software, but I only use zBrush. Workflow: If you're already familiar with zBrush, now it's time to: Duplicate the subtool (in this case, the body) and select one of them while hiding the original. Use Zremesh as needed to achieve approximately 3-5k polys. Next, subdivide about four times. Then, activate the hidden model while still selected and use PROJECT. The details from the original model will be projected onto the remeshed and subdivided model's polys – and voilà! You'll have a model with multiple levels of polys, ranging from 5k to approximately 1 million. Now you can pose your low-poly model. Once you're happy, apply DYNAMESH and start sculpting (after finishing, decimate the model, as a foot miniature like human, elf, or orc typically averages around 100K polys).
