Low-Poly Medieval Warrior Model for Unreal Engine and Unity Development This 3D model features a medieval warrior design, created using a low-poly approach to ensure seamless integration in popular game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity. The model comes with three distinct skin variations: Dark, Zombie, and Standard. The creation process began with sculpting the initial shape in ZBrush, where the artist refined the details of the warrior's face and body. Following this step, the sculpt was transferred to 3D Coat for retopology, allowing for a more efficient polycount while maintaining the model's integrity. Next, Substance Painter took center stage as the texture-painting tool of choice. The team applied intricate details, worn leather textures, and other visual elements that bring the warrior to life. To finalize the look, Marmoset Toolbag was used for baking the textures, ensuring a smooth transition between different materials and lighting conditions. Once the model's surface details were complete, it was time to breathe life into it by rigging in Maya. This allowed for precise control over the character's movements and actions. To round out the package, animations were created within Maya, providing a wide range of motion that makes the warrior feel authentic and dynamic.
