This is a new hip joint designed for Medicom RAH action figures, specifically intended to replace the original joint in my Light Yagami figure from Death Note. Although I'm unsure about its compatibility with other figures, this replacement joint has a unique design that allows you to secure it in place using the included cap and cover it with the protective pads provided by the manufacturer.
